All products sold through this website are covered by our warranty and return policies. we appreciate your business, and with that in mind we always want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.

Web site reflects the true picture of our products. We offer 14 days warranty on Tiffany products after you purchased your item from our website. The products can be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is quality faulty. （i.e. fading, fracture, corrosion of the skin ）The refund do not include the shipping fee. Consequently please sincerely and seriously select your wanted item!

If the product was damage result in heavy thing press during the transport process , you can contact with EMS Shipping Company. The EMS shipping Company will be responsible for this case and charge for the compensation.

After 14 days since you purchased, we do not accept refund and exchange service.
Please insure your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.
Tampered products will not be exchanged/refunded. This means that if the products have been tampered or damaged factitiously, the return/refund policy will be considered null and void
